I was born and in Munich, Germany 1964. I was a completely normal kid and as the most of us, not born with the ability to take photos. 
I really have to thank my uncle, Dieter Eichler, who is a very good Photographer, for my first real camera and teaching me the first steps. All the rest I learned from books and by doing. After I finished school I started traveling around the world and discovered that there are so many amazing places around. 

In 1989 I came to Phuket, Thailand and knew that this will be my new home. Since then I am here in Phuket. After having a Dive Center for 5 years, I opened my own Advertising Agency called Bootleg
